  • Linksys WRT610N

The WRT-610N is a wireless router that may work after certain configuration changes have been made.

Vocalocity recommends upgrading to the latest firmware version.

After this step has been completed, the following changes should be made.
    1. On the Linksys web interface (usually 192.168.1.1)disable Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) on the firewarll tab. SPI gives a thumbs up or thumbs down to each packet it comes across, and often rejects valid voice traffic.
    2. On the Administration tab, under Advanced, Disable the SIP ALG function. SIP ALG mangles the SIP packets that your phone uses to communicate with our servers.
