The Vocalocity Dashboard is a feature that allows managers and coworkers to see the real time status of all extensions in their PBX. The dashboard allows Administrators to create customizable views that restrict visibility for users. We've modeled the dashboard after popular, user-friendly instant message applications, making it very intuitive and easy to use. Vocalocity has included the dashboard feature with every extension.

Outlook Integration

The Vocalocity Outlook Integration feature is a seamless way for Vocalocity users to integrate Microsoft Outlook with their phone system. Vocalocity users can initiate calls with a simple click of the mouse from their Outlook client. Now you can unify your contact list and make dials directly from Outlook.

Custom Tag (BETA)

Vocalocity Custom Tagging is a feature that allows users to easily identify incoming calls to any number. You can add a unique tag to distinguish calls coming into each published phone number. If Vocalocity service is used for more than one business, you can now ensure calls are answered in the appropriate manner using the correct company name. Custom Tag assignments can be done quickly and easily directly from our online portal. Vocalocity has included the Custom Tagging feature with every account.

Vocalocity Online Backup and Storage

Vocalocity Online Backup and Storage (VOBS) is a safe and simple way to back up all the important files on your computer. Simply select which files and folders to backup and they are automatically updated daily at the time you specify. Your data is stored in a secure, remote location and is easily retrievable when needed.

In addition to online backup, you also receive the benefit of a shared storage drive. Without a central server, it’s hard to share documents and files with other employees in your company. They either get cluttered up in email inboxes, or are shared using media such as CDs and jump drives. With shared storage, all the employees in your company have access to the same hosted folder via their desktop. Simply save an item to the shared storage folder and everyone in your company has access to it. This reduces clutter and confusion, centralizing all your company’s shared data in the same location, accessible over a secure connection.
