I just got my phones. How do I set them up?
If you received your phones from Vocalocity, they are usually pre-configured. You only need to plug them into your network and power them on. If the phones are not pre-configured, or did not come from us, check our provisioning guides for further information.
I'm having problems with sound quality.
Please consult our sound quality troubleshooting guide for further information, or run a speed test to identify any bandwidth or latency issues.
