As with any VoIP system, Vocalocity services rely upon a properly configured and functional networking environment so the phones can communicate with our servers.

All customer network environments are different; therefore, Vocalocity cannot provide focused client network troubleshooting and support to its customers.

While our technicians can work with you to provide general installation support, diagnostics, and suggestions on non-Vocalocity equipment, offering full TCP/IP networking support is not possible. In some cases, depending on your network configuration, it might be necessary for you contact a professional network administrator.

Please remember that VoIP phones are not as advanced as computers. This means that having a computer that can communicate with the Internet does not necessarily mean your phone will be able to.
