    • In order for your phone to work with Vocalocity, it must be a SIP-capable phone.

    Official Vocalocity Phones are phones which have been extensively tested and shown to work well with our service. These models are officially supported by Vocalocity.

    Unofficial Vocalocity Phones are phones that have been shown to be compatible with our service, but have not met our high standards of performance, quality, or ease of use. We maintain setup instructions for these phones for your reference.

    Even if your phone is not on this list, Vocalocity technicians may be able to assist in setting it up to work with our service. Please contact the Customer Care department for help at 1-866-901-0242.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee the compatibility or functionality of phones not purchased through Vocalocity, even if they are on the Official Vocalocity Phones list.
