  • This guide will show you how to activate your Polycom phone.

    1. Log into your account at http://my.vocalocity.com.

    2. Click the "Extensions" link on the left side of the page

    3. Click on the extension you would like to assign your phone to.

    4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Device Profile" link.

    5. Select the Manufacturer of your phone from the "Provisioning Model" drop down box.

    6. Enter the phone's MAC ID into the "Mac Address" field. To find the MAC ID on your Polycom phone, flip the phone over and on the back you will see a silver label with a string of letters and numbers. This string usually starts with three 0s.

    10. Make sure the settings in the "Server Menu" section reads:

Note: Use the asterisk key to input the dots.

    11. Once all these settings are verified, press the "Exit" softkey until it asks you to save and reboot. Select "Save and Reboot" and allow the phone to boot up normally.
